Who we are
Simply Pass Australia is run by Sava Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16124943. Our registered office is Unit 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Lytchett Matravers, Poole, BH16 6FA, United Kingdom. In these terms "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the person who uses the site.
You can write to us at [email protected]. We answer within two working days.
By buying or using Simply Pass Australia you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What Simply Pass Australia is
Simply Pass Australia is practice material for the Australian citizenship test. You answer practice questions, see your score, and see which topics you need to work on. We also explain each answer.
What Simply Pass Australia is not
Independent practice. Not the Australian Government or the Department of Home Affairs. We do not book or run the test.

Simply Pass Australia is practice, not a course. It gives no certificate and does not count towards any application. Your result in the real test comes from your own answers on the day.
What you get
You can try some questions free. If you pay, you get access on this website to the full practice material for the Australian citizenship test: practice sets by topic, full-length mock tests that follow the shape of the real test, your results by topic, and an explanation after each answer.
You pay once. It is a single payment. There is no subscription, no free trial that turns into a paid plan, and nothing renews by itself. We never charge you again.
Your access starts when we take your payment and lasts 30 days or 90 days, the length of the pass you chose. The end date is on your receipt, and we never shorten it. Each mock test draws a new set of questions from our whole question bank. We choose the draw, so how many different questions you see depends on how many tests you take, not on a fixed number.
Access is for one person. Please do not share your login.
Payment
The price you see on the pricing page is the full price in Australian dollars: A$8.99 for 30 days, or A$11.99 for 90 days. Nothing is added at checkout.
Our payment provider takes the payment for us. You get a receipt by email. We never see or keep your card number.
Simply Pass Australia is for people who take the Australian citizenship test in Australia. When you pay, we check the country of your card and the country of your internet connection. If both are outside Australia, we refund the full payment straight away and your access does not start. If you live in Australia and this happens to you, write to us and we will put it right.
If you change your mind
We do not give a refund for a change of mind, and Australian law does not give a general right to cancel an online purchase for that reason. This does not touch your rights in the next section. If something is wrong with what you bought, those rights apply in full, and so does every other right you have under law.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
- to cancel your service contract with us; and
- to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
In plain words: the service must be provided with due care and skill, it must be fit for the purpose we describe, and we must supply it in a reasonable time. Nothing in these terms takes away those rights, or any other right you have under law. We cannot exclude them, and nothing on this page tries to.
If you could not use the access you paid for, or a major part of it does not work as we describe, write to us. We will put it right, and if we cannot, we will refund you the unused part. Your rights apply wherever you are in Australia. If you are unsure of your rights, the ACCC explains them at accc.gov.au.
Pass guarantee
If you practise with Simply Pass Australia and still do not pass the real Australian citizenship test, you keep practising with us free until you pass. That is our pass guarantee. It gives you more time with Simply Pass Australia. It is not money back. It is on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not replace or limit them.
You can use it when all three of these are true:
- During your paid access, you pass at least 10 full mock tests in a row in Simply Pass Australia. A full mock test is the timed 20-question test on the site, and you pass it the way the real test is passed: 15 or more right, and all 5 values questions right. Practice sets by topic and the free mock test do not count. We count your full mock tests in the order you start them. A test you fail starts the count again, and so does a test you start and do not hand in before the time runs out. A test you are still taking does not count either way.
- After that, you sit the real Australian citizenship test and do not pass.
- Within 30 days of your result, you write to [email protected] from the email on your account and send your result: the letter or email you got, or a screenshot.
We check your mock tests in our records and answer within two working days. If the three conditions are met, we extend your access to the Australian citizenship test practice free, until you pass.
The guarantee covers the Australian citizenship test only. We do not pay back the price or any other cost.

Our content, and where it comes from
Every question and explanation on Simply Pass Australia is in our own words, based on the topics in the published booklet "Australian Citizenship: Our Common Bond". We do not use or copy the real test questions. Our questions are not the questions in your real test. They cover the same topics at a similar level.

The names "Australian citizenship test" and the booklet title are used only to say which test you are practising for. We use no logo, Coat of Arms or design of any government body.
Our questions, explanations, text and design are ours and protected by copyright, except for the booklet material credited above.
How you may use the material
You may use Simply Pass Australia to study, for yourself, on this website. You may not copy, download, record, share, publish or sell any part of it, or use a robot or scraper on the site. You may not use it to build, train or prompt another product, including an AI tool. Fair use: one account may start up to 5 full-length mock tests and 20 short practice sets a day. That is far more than a person studies in a day. We may stop automated or unusual use.
If you break these rules we may end your access. If we do that for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the part you did not use.
Your account
We sign you in with a code that we email to you. There is no password. Please keep your email safe, because anyone who reads your email can sign in as you. Tell us if you think someone else is using your access.
How we keep the questions right, and what we cannot control
We write every question in our own words from the topics of the booklet, check it against the booklet, and fix it fast when someone reports a mistake. Each question has a report button, and we read every report. If you pass 10 full mock tests in a row and still fail the real test, our pass guarantee keeps your practice free until you pass.
The real test is not ours. The Australian Government sets its content, its fees and its pass mark, and can change them at any time, so always check https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/citizenship/test-and-interview before you plan your test. Your result depends on your own study and on the day.
We keep the site running all day, every day. Like any website, it can still be down for a short time.
If we change something
We may add, correct or remove questions, for example when the booklet or the test changes. We will not change the service so that it is substantially less than what you paid for. Your access covers the question bank as it is during your access window. If we stop the whole service while you still have paid access left, we refund the part you did not use.
We may update these terms. The terms that applied when you paid apply to your purchase, except where the law makes us change them. If a change matters to you, we tell you by email.
Ending access
You may stop using Simply Pass Australia at any time. Write to us if you want your account deleted. A change of mind after you paid does not earn a refund (see "If you change your mind"), but your rights under the Australian Consumer Law stay.
What we are responsible for
We are responsible for the loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or our legal duties, including the Australian Consumer Law. The Department runs and marks the real test, so we are not responsible for what it decides. What we offer when the real test goes wrong is the pass guarantee above. We are also not responsible for loss that nobody could foresee.
Nothing here limits any right or remedy you have under law that cannot be limited, including your consumer guarantee rights, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The Australian Consumer Law still applies to your purchase and nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under it. Nothing in these terms stops you from bringing a claim where the law lets you bring it, including in Australia.
Complaints
Please write to [email protected] first. We want to put it right. We are not currently signed up to an approved alternative dispute resolution body. The ACCC (accc.gov.au) and the consumer protection agency of your state or territory can tell you about your rights. Their help against a business based outside Australia can be limited, which is one more reason to write to us first.
