Citizenship ceremonies in Northern Beaches

This page is for people becoming Australian citizens in the Northern Beaches Council area. The council holds about 10 to 12 ceremonies a year at Glen Street Theatre in Belrose. Many people get an invitation in 3 to 6 months.

How you are invited

Once you are approved, you join the waitlist that Home Affairs runs. Home Affairs runs the dates, so the council cannot give you a new date or put you ahead of others. If you cannot come, tell the council using the details in your invitation. You usually have 12 months from approval to attend.
